Even though I often don’t have time to comment on a lot of other articles, I read a ton of them. I’m traveling again this weekend so I’ll be doing a lot more reading. Reading other people’s personal finance articles often inspires some of my own.
A lot of people ask me how I come up with all the topics I write about. Any time I have an idea, I immediately jot it down in my phone so I can write about it later. I have about 50-100 topics written down at any one time and the list seems to be growing faster than I can write.
If there are any topics you’d like me to write about, write more about, or stop writing about, please let me know. Sometimes the articles that I think will be the most popular are total duds and the articles I think will be total bores are extremely popular.

Thanks so much for the mention Harry, I appreciate it. I do a very similar thing with my post ideas beyond my normal editorial calendar that I have. I find the same exact thing…post that I think suck get the most traction and those I love get no love. Lol! Have a great weekend!

Harry it’s an honor to be included!
I know what you mean when you say the articles you write that you think will rock are duds! Sometimes it’s the obscure that resonates with people.
Harry Campbell says
No problem Todd. That would be a good explanation why because I have some obscure articles sometimes 🙂
